Fleet Feet Sports Roanoke offers the following Walking Programs:

No Boundaries Couch to 5K (1.0) Walking - Learn more!  

Perfect for those who are brand new to walking and exercise.  The 12-week program starts at 1 mile and builds up to a 5K (3.1 miles). Learn more!

No Boundaries 2.0 Walking - Learn more!

Already able to walk a 5K?  Ready to add to the distance, or maintain?  The 12-week No Boundaries 2.0 Walking Program starts at 3 miles (so you must be able to already walk 3 miles comfortably) and builds up to 6 miles.  A great program to continue to build endurance and keep moving!  Learn more!

10K Training - Learn more!

You've already done a 5K and you are rocking with your walking, which means it's time to train for a 10K!  This 14 week program starts at 3 miles and will build to a 10K (6.2 miles) distance.  Learn more!
