Who is 10K Training for?

Anyone who is already able to walk a 5K and wants to add distance to their training.  The 14-week 10K Training Program starts at 3 miles (so you must be able to already walk 3 miles comfortably) and builds up to 6 miles at a slightly faster pace than the No Boundaries Programs.  A great program to continue to build endurance and keep moving!

Workouts take place on Thursdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 7am.

Thursday Evening workouts start at 6pm and Saturday morning workouts start at 7am at Reserve Avenue Fields North, across the street from Carilion Clinic- 3 Riverside.
