WalkFIT Path to 5K Walking Program: Get active and healthy with this supportive and fun walking program! Formerly known as the No Boundaries Path to 5K Walking Program, WalkFIT is a 12-week program that is offered twice a year for walkers! Learn more.
No Boundaries Path to 5K Running Program: Started in 2008, No Boundaries (or as we call it, NOBO) is a 12-week path to 5K running program. The program includes a running only group and two different run/walk groups. NOBO is offered twice a year and boasts over 100 participants each season! Learn more.
Training 5K Running Program: The Training 5K Program is a new program for Fleet Feet Sports. This 12week program is for runners and, new for 2015, run/walkers and walkers, who want to maintain their base. Learn more.
Training 10K Running Program: The Training 10K Program has become one of the most popular distance programs. This 12-week program for runners and run/walkers will prepare participants for a 6.2 mile race while adding in speed work on Thursday nights. Learn more.
Training 13.1 Running Program: America is loving the half marathon distance! The Training 13.1 Program is offered twice a year for runners and run/walkers. This 14-week program includes long runs on Saturdays and speed work on Thursday nights. Learn more.
Training 26.2 Running Program: Twenty-six point two miles is more fun with a group! The Fleet Feet Sports Training 26.2 Program will train for the Richmond Marathon. The program is 14-weeks is for runners and includes long runs on Saturdays and speed work on Thursday nights. Learn more.
Winter Warrior Challenge: Stay motivated to keep moving when the temperatures drop with the Winter Warrior Challenge! The Challenge is for runners, run/walkers and walkers. We meet on Saturday mornings for group workouts and bonus points are awarded for attending the Tuesday Night Fleet Feet Sports Pub Runs. The Challenge is 10-weeks and participants MUST be able to run, run/walk or walk three miles. Learn more.
Summer Sizzlin' Challenge: Summer time is the perfect time to run! The Summer Sizzlin' Challenge is a 10-week challenge for runners, run/walkers and walkers. We meet on Saturday mornings for group workouts and bonus points are awarded for attending the Tuesday Night Fleet Feet Sports Pub Runs. Summer Speed Series: The popular Summer Speed Series is back for 2015! The Series includes Thursday Night Track Workouts and we finish the Series with a relay meet. This Series is for runners who have the need for speed and are ready to run fast and be challenged. For 2015, we are limiting participation to 100 people. Learn more.
