Program Start: Every Tuesday Night
Program Schedule: Starts at 6pm at Wasena City Tap Room
Program Fee: FREE
Description: All ages and abilities are invited to join Fleet Feet Sports every Tuesday Night at 6pm at the Wasena City Tap Room for the Fleet Feet Sports Pub Run & Walk! Participants have the option of a 3 or 5 mile walk/run on the Greenway.

Program Schedule: Saturday Mornings at 9am - Meeting starts at 9:30am

Description: Ton of Fun is a year-long challenge for the Roanoke Valley to lose a ton of weight. Our community goal is to lose 2,000 lbs in 2016! Ton of Fun is about more than losing weight; it is a program that provides the tools needed to for you to live a healthy lifestyle.

Program Schedule: Thursday Evenings at 6pm and Saturday Mornings at 8am
Program Fee: $60 for 8 Weeks
Description: No Boundaries Walking is for walkers of different abilities who want to be part of a community with support, guidance and a fun atmosphere. No Boundaries offers options for those who are just getting started walking to those who are currently walking three miles plus.

RUN-540 Speed Session More Info »

Program Start: Thursday, June 30, 2016
Program Schedule: Thursday Evenings at 6pm
Program Fee: $45 for 7 weeks
Description: The RUN-540 Speed Session is for any runner who already has a solid base of running and wants to increase their speed in a fun, group environment led by professional coaches. Speed Sessions are for runners who run anywhere from a 17 minute to 34 minute 5K.

Program Schedule: Saturday mornings at 7:30am
Program Fee: $50 for 8 Weeks
Description: Any runner who wants group support during long runs. All participants must be able to maintain the pace of one of our pace groups and must be able to come to workouts able to run at least 5 miles.

Description: Zoomerangs is for kids ages 4 to 12. Our goal is to teach kids the benefits of being active. We want kids to "run" away from this program with a love for running.
