Program Schedule: Starts at 6pm at The Green Goat
Program Fee: FREE
Description: All ages and abilities are invited to join Fleet Feet Sports every Tuesday Night at 6pm at The Green Goat for the Fleet Feet Sports Pub Run & Walk! Participants have the option of a 3 or 5 mile walk/run on the Greenway.

Program Schedule: Saturday Mornings at 9am - Meeting starts at 9:30am
Program Fee: $30 through April 16; $40 April 17 - April 29
Description: Ton of Fun is a year-long challenge for the Roanoke Valley to lose a ton of weight. Our community goal is to lose 2,000 lbs in 2017! Ton of Fun is about more than losing weight; it is a program that provides the tools needed to for you to live a healthy lifestyle.

No Boundaries Path to 5K Training More Info »

Program Start: Monday, March 27, 2017
Program Schedule: Tuesdays at 6pm, Thursdays at 6pm, Saturdays at 8am
Goal Race: Race 13.1 5K
Program Fee: $90 through March 19; $100 after March 19
Description: No Boundaries Path to 5K is for runners and walkers of different abilities who want to be part of a community with support, guidance and fun atmosphere while training for local 5Ks. Cost is $100 and that includes 12 weeks of workouts (three times a week), newsletters, access to No Boundaries Coaches and more!

RUN-540 Distance Training More Info »

Program Start: April 24, 2017
Program Schedule: Thursdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 7:30am
Program Fee: Registration opening soon! $65 through April 16; $75 April 24 - June 17
Description: Cost of RUN-540 Maintenance Training is $75 and that includes 8 weeks of workouts (twice a week), newsletters, access to RUN-540 Coaches who can develop a training plan for you and more! We do require that all RUN-540 participants be 18 or older. Thursday night workouts start at 6pm and Saturday morning workouts at 7:30am; both workouts take place at Reserve Avenue Fields North
