No Boundaries Path to 5K is for runners and walkers of different abilities who want to be part of a community with support, guidance and fun atmosphere while training for local 5Ks. Cost is $100 and that includes 12 weeks of workouts (three times a week), newsletters, access to No Boundaries Coaches and more!

$115 through January 8; $125 after January 8
RUN-540 Distance is for runners, run/walkers and walkers (10K only) looking for structure and support while training for upcoming 10Ks and half marathons. Cost is $125 and that includes 14 weeks of workouts (twice a week), newsletters, access to RUN-540 Coaches and more! We require all RUN-540 participants be 18 or older.
