Description: You've already done a 5K and you are rocking with your running, which means it's time to train for a 10K! This 14 week program starts at 3 miles, and will lead you to 6.2 miles!

Description: Are you ready for 13.1 miles? We've got a program designed to take you the distance! This 14 week program starts at 4 miles and works up to 13.1 miles for runners and interval runners!

Pub Run & Walk More Info »

Program Start: Every Tuesday Night
Program Schedule: Starts at 6pm at The Green Goat
Program Fee: FREE
Description: All ages and abilities are invited to join Fleet Feet Sports every Tuesday Night at 6pm at The Green Goat for the Fleet Feet Sports Pub Run & Walk! Participants have the option of a 3 or 5 mile walk/run on the Greenway.
