Strength and sculpt with 30 minutes of HIIT (high intensity interval training) short bursts of ALL-OUT work followed by a sequence of strength training/body weight movements. This class is perfect for you if you are; pressed for time and want to work up a sweat fast, want to lose weight, need an endorphin rush, want to challenge your fitness, or just love pushing yourself!
No equipment is needed, but a water bottle and small towel are recommended.
