Fleet Feet Sports Roanoke offers the following Running Programs:

No Boundaries Couch to 5K (1.0) Running & Intervals - Learn more!

Perfect for those who are brand new to running and exercise.  The 12-week program starts at 1 mile and builds up to a 5K (3.1 miles). Learn more!

No Boundaries 2.0 Running & Intervals - Learn more!

Already able to run a 5K?  Ready to add to the distance, or maintain?  The 12-week No Boundaries 2.0 Running & Interval Program starts at 3 miles (so you must be able to already run/walk 3 miles comfortably) and builds up to 6 miles.  A great program to continue to build endurance and keep moving!  Learn more!

10K Training - Learn more!

You've already done a 5K and you are rocking with your running, which means it's time to train for a 10K!  This 14 week program starts at 3 miles and will build to a 10K (6.2 miles) distance.  Learn more!

Half Marathon Training - Learn more!

Are you ready for 13.1 miles?  We've got a program for you that includes distance and optional speed/core workouts!  This 14 week program starts at 4 miles and works up to 13.1 miles (half marathon!) and is for runners and interval runners.  Learn more!

Marathon Training - Learn more!

Ready to train for 26.2 miles of fun?  The Marathon Training is a great way to get ready for your first (or second or third....) marathon.  Combining speed with the optional speed/core workouts, this 13-week program will start at 10 miles and get you ready for 26.2 miles for runners and intervals runners.  Learn more!
