Tone your body and take your race training to the next level with Walk Strong Roanoke! Your fitness instructor, Rachel DeVaughn, will show you how to blast fat and tone your body by adding indoor fitness walking to your exercise routine. Walk15 are "walking based" group fitness classes that are fun, effective, easy to follow, and designed so all levels of fitness can do it! Classes will be 45 minutes of nonstop high energy, low impact aerobic movements.
Classes are available twice a month (most months) by RSVP only. Cost is $5 cash at the door. All classes take place at Fleet Feet Sports at 7:15PM, and are open to all participants 16 and up. All participants will receive a Fleet Feet Sports coupon at each class, as well as the chance to WIN raffle prizes!
