"This is a picture of my 11 year old son Craig and I this past Saturday at the Conquer the Cove 25K race.  It was our longest run ever, 15.86 miles.  I particularly like this picture because it is the only picture I have of us running together during a race since he normally kills me.  He is my inspiration for running along with my daughter, Lera, and a big reason I have been able to lose and keep off 51 pounds since I began running in that first pair of shoes I purchased from Jane Goode of Fleet Feet back in December 2010!"
