![]() ![]() "Running is a means to an end for me. It's the sense of accomplishment I get from knowing that I can achieve a goal that is hard for me (literally) every step of the way. That makes me feel strong- mentally, physically, and emotionally. For me, that is living with No Boundaries."- Suzanne Shay, No Boundaries Spring 2009 Participant No Boundaries is a national training 5K program sponsored by Fleet Feet Sports and New Balance. The 13-week program is designed for beginner walkers and runners hoping to complete their first 5K race. The purpose of the program is to introduce participants to the lifetime fitness activities of walking and running and to encourage healthier lifestyles. No Boundaries offers participants a detailed 13-week training program, guidance and advice from experienced coaches, weekly email newsletters, weekly group training runs and walks, and educational clinics on topics such as nutrition, choosing the right gear, avoiding injury and core training and great gear from New Balance.
