July 3, 2010: 29th Annual Shawsville 5K.  The 29th Annual Shawsville 5K will take place on Saturday, July 3.  The race begins 8AM.  Registration forms are available at Fleet Feet Sports.

July 14, 2010: All-Comers Track Meet.  The second All-Comers Track Meet will be on Tuesday, July 13 at the Patrick Henry High School Track starting at 6:15PM.  Events will include 800, Kids 100, 200, Kids 300, 3000 and 4x400 Relay.  Information is available at Fleet Feet Sports.

July 16- 18, 2010: Coventry Commonwealth Games of Virginia (5K Run July 17).  The Coventry Commonwealth Games of Virginia will take place July 16- 18.  The Games are open to all ages and skill levels and include 60 sports, including a 5K Run on Saturday, July 17.  Information is available at Fleet Feet Sports.  Additional information is available at www.commonwealthgames.org

August 3, 2010: All-Comers Track Meet.  The third All-Comers Track Meet will be on Tuesday, August 3 at the Patrick Henry High School Track starting at 6:15PM.  Events will include 1600, Kids 100, 100, Kids 400, 5000 and 4x400 Relay.  Information is available at Fleet Feet Sports.

September 11, 2010: 7th Annual Knights Crossing Cross Country Invitational.  The 7th Annual Knights Crossing Cross Country Invitational presented by Cave Spring High School will take place on Saturday, September 11 at Green Hill Park in Roanoke County.  The event is one of the largest high school cross country invitationals in Virginia and features some of the fastest high school runners in the region.  The event also includes elementary and middle school races.  The event will kick-off with an Open 5K Race for Men and Women for coaches, parents, and non-school participants.  Open Race Entry Forms are available at Fleet Feet Sports.

October 2, 2010: Star City Women's 5K.  The Star City Women's 5K will take place on Saturday, October 2.  The 3.1 mile course begins on Grandin Road and will take participants through the Raleigh Court neighborhoods.  The race benefits Children's Trust and Star City Striders.  Please note that the race is limited to the first 500 entrants.  Registration forms are available at Fleet Feet Sports.
