Full-Time and Part-Time Sales Associates: Fleet Feet Sports has high standards for our staff as we provide quality customer service to our guests.  We want and need to add to our staff and are looking for terrific people to be sales associates.  Full-time and part-time positions are available whose first and foremost duty is to provide superb and knowledgeable customer service.  We are looking for self-motivated individuals who live an active lifestyle.  In this business, Saturdays are a key time and our busiest day of the week.  Full-time employees have alternating schedules to have one Saturday off every other month and one Monday off every other month.  Since we are closed on Sundays, this allows for a two and one half day weekend once a month and all other weeks one and one half days off during the week.  Full-time positions include benefits such as health, life and dental insurance, a fun and challenging work environment, merchandise discounts, and much more.  Part-time positions will work 20-30 hours per week including many Saturdays.  Benefits include a fun and challenging environment, merchandise discounts and much more.

You will be properly trained but it will be up to you to make the effort to completely learn about all of our products so that you can deliver the high level of service we require and our guests have come to expect.  We will certainly help you but it is up to your to ask questions and take the time to learn.

Do you pay attention to the little things? It's the thoughtful little touches that make a "specialty" store so special, like remembering a frequent guests' name or what type of shoe they run in. Going an extra mile for a guest by staying open late or rush shipping them a pair of socks before a big race is what sets us apart. Fun little extras go a long way and make your job worth the effort.
